Bicycle Crash Legal Cases

When injuries or death result from bicycle crashes, it often follows that there will be legal action brought by the victim or the victim’s family. Three common types of bicycle crash cases are as follows: bicycle versus motor vehicle; bicyclist struck by, or in contact with, a motor vehicle’s open door; and improper roadway design, wherein the claim is that the negligently designed and/or maintained roadway caused the crash.

Plaintiff trial lawyers who handle bicycle crash and collision cases should be experienced with all facets of bicycle litigation. Experienced attorneys will investigate and consider the involved bicycle’s materials, design, assembly, and maintenance and other factors that are are paramount to rider safety.
